Are the clothes pre-made/ready to ship?

All pieces are hand cut and sewn. As well as made to order. 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

No. ONLY the size or color can be changed. Any change request must be made 24 hours from order date.

* All additional pieces desired to add-on must be made through a new order.

Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final. But you can exchange for a smaller or larger fit if needed. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping cost for the exchange process. 

Are the pieces true to size?

Yes. The House of Saleem takes the sizing and fit of all pieces very serious. But if you feel unsure then I do recommend purchasing a size up. If you have any futher questions feel free to send an email.
